Mr. Rajesh Kumar is a Chartered Accountant (CA, CAIIB) with over 16 years of professional experience, including 6 years in MSME lending and 7 years in Large Corporate Finance, along with experience in Chartered Accountancy Practice. He combines strong expertise in banking, finance, taxation, and corporate advisory to deliver comprehensive solutions to clients.

Until September 2024, he served as Chief Manager– Large Corporate Finance at Bank of Baroda at Hyderabad, managing a corporate portfolio exceeding ₹11,000 Crores within a total branch advance portfolio of over ₹25,000 Crores. During this period, he was responsible for credit appraisal, structuring, debt syndication, refinancing, and risk management across multiple sectors, including infrastructure, pharma, power, ports, NBFCs, and government entities.

Post-September 2024, he joined his wife’s Chartered Accountancy firm as a Partner, Bhadani & Company, Chartered Accountants, offering end-to-end services in Taxation, Audit & Assurance, Corporate Advisory, GST, FEMA/RBI Compliances, and Business Consulting.

Leveraging his extensive experience in both corporate banking and CA practice, he helps clients navigate complex financial, regulatory, and tax challenges while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency.
